17th AREA EUROPE CONVENTION
… in St. Petersburg, Russia July 3. through 5, 2009

The convention will be held at State Regional Education Centre, St.Petersburg http://netti.nic.fi/~miikat/ysmen/ac09/index.html This is the hotel/conference centre where Region Russia celebrated and declared their independence in 2003. 

The convention fee is calculated to be approximately: 350-400 €/person   

The convention fee includes: Accommodation (Hotel 3 nights), transfer from and to the airport, 2 lunches, 2 dinners, banquet, excursion (4 hour Sunday afternoon). 

 PRELIMINARY PROGRAMME: 

Friday 3. July:       12-16:  Transfer, accommodation in hotel   

                           17-19:  Concert by YMCA     

                           19-20:  Dinner    

                           20-22:  Visit to church                                           

Saturday 4. July:   08:30-09:30.   Breakfast       

                           10-12:  Opening ceremony/Meetings 

                           12-12:30: Coffee-break   

                           12:30-14: Forums     

                           15:30-18:Meeting        

                           19:30:    Banquet                              

 Sunday 5. July:     08:30-09:30  Breakfast       

                           10-12:  Closing ceremony       

                           12-13:     Lunch            

                           13-17: Excursion around the city by boat 

Registration on the Internet will be possible from November 31, 2008 

Youth convocation will be planned by Peter Kornygin 

Region Russia will hold their regional conference on Sunday, July 5, 2009
